Siudy Flamenco Dance Theater’s mission is to expand the art of Flamenco, as well as its influence and evolution in the Americas, by presenting the art in all its forms and expressions. Siudy Flamenco Dance Theater provides the very best caliber of Flamenco interpretation through the work of its renowned Artistic Director, Siudy Garrido, and the excellence of the company dancers and musicians. The company also provides education and mentoring for the next generation of Flamenco artists in the United States and the Americas. We accomplish our mission by:

Siudy Flamenco Dance Theater is the evolution of Siudy Garrido’s 15-year-old dance company originally founded in Venezuela, and now relocated to its new home in South Florida. This acclaimed flamenco company has collaborated with major Artistic entities, renowned composers, musicians, and artists from around the world. The work of Siudy Garrido draws on a diverse set of deeply rooted cultural traditions, infusing classical Flamenco with new expressive potential.
Siudy Garrido understands Flamenco as a universal art form based on geometric principles of energy and evolution, and continues to develop a new artistic language that is uniquely her own. Siudy Flamenco Dance Theater global tours allow us to share our vision of transformative, revelatory Flamenco dance at the global level.
Special guests and collaborators include Farruquito, Antonio Canales, Jose Luis De La Paz, Argentina, and Joana Jimenez. The company is comprised of 25 dancers, singers, musicians, and guest artists from Spain, Latin America and
the United States.
