Siudy Flamenco Company (d/b/a "Siudy Flamenco," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website siudyflamenco.org (the "Site"). By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages — whether through our website, at an event, or by texting a keyword to our number — you expressly consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from Siudy Flamenco Company. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per month, though the actual number will depend on your classes, events, and preferences.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS/MMS messages at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any text message you receive from us.

After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You will no longer receive promotional SMS/MMS messages from us, though you may still receive transactional messages related to active enrollments or purchases.

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan and any applicable charges.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

TCPA Compliance

Our SMS/MMS messaging practices comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). We do not send automated text messages to any phone number without prior express consent. We do not share or sell your phone number to third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Email Communications

We use email to communicate with you about your account, purchases, classes, and events. We may also send marketing emails about our services and offerings.

  • Transactional Emails: Order confirmations, receipts, class enrollments, password resets, and account notifications. These are sent via Mailgun SMTP and are necessary for service delivery.
  • Marketing Emails: Newsletters, promotional offers, event announcements, and other marketing communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email.

Unsubscribing from marketing emails will not affect transactional emails related to your account or purchases.
