Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Siudy Flamenco Company (d/b/a "Siudy Flamenco"). Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making any purchase on our website at siudyflamenco.org (the "Site") or through any other method we make available. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund Policy.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Siudy Flamenco are final and non-refundable. This applies to all products and services we offer, including but not limited to:

  • In-person dance classes (single classes, class packages, and drop-ins)
  • Online courses and on-demand video content
  • Documentary films and video purchases
  • Private lessons and coaching sessions
  • Workshops, masterclasses, and special events
  • Show tickets and performance admissions
  • Merchandise and any other goods or services

By completing your purchase, you expressly agree that all sales are final and that you are not entitled to a refund, credit, or exchange for any reason, except as specifically described in this policy or as required by applicable law.

2. Subscriptions & Annual Packages

All subscription plans and annual packages are final and non-refundable. When you purchase a subscription or annual package, you agree to the following:

  • No refunds will be issued for any subscription period, whether monthly, quarterly, annual, or otherwise, once the payment has been processed.
  • No pro-rated refunds will be given for unused portions of a subscription or package.
  • Cancellation of a subscription stops future billing cycles only. You will retain access through the end of the current paid period, but no refund will be issued for the remaining time.
  • Failure to use your subscription benefits, credits, or class passes during the applicable period does not entitle you to a refund or extension.

3. Online Courses & Digital Content

Due to the digital nature of online courses, on-demand video content, and documentary films, all purchases of digital content are final and non-refundable once access has been granted. This includes:

  • On-demand class recordings and instructional videos
  • Documentary films and video productions
  • Course materials, downloadable resources, and supplemental content
  • Credit-based access to online content libraries

You acknowledge that digital content is delivered immediately or made available upon purchase and that you waive any right of withdrawal once access is provided.

4. In-Person Classes & Events

Purchases for in-person classes, workshops, and events are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a class or event you have purchased:

  • No refund will be issued for missed classes or events.
  • Class credits or passes that expire unused will not be refunded or extended.
  • Transfers to another person may be permitted at Siudy Flamenco's sole discretion. Contact us in advance to request a transfer.

5. Cancellations by Siudy Flamenco

In the event that Siudy Flamenco cancels a class, event, or performance:

  • We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule and notify registered participants.
  • If a rescheduled date does not work for you, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a credit toward a future class, event, or purchase.
  • Refunds for cancellations initiated by Siudy Flamenco will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

By agreeing to this Refund Policy at the time of purchase, you acknowledge that filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company for any purchase that complies with this policy constitutes a breach of this agreement. If a chargeback is filed in violation of this policy, Siudy Flamenco reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to all services.
  • Pursue collection of any amounts owed, including fees and costs incurred as a result of the chargeback.
  • Report the disputed transaction to applicable fraud prevention services.

7. Exceptions

Siudy Flamenco may, at its sole and absolute discretion, consider exceptions to this policy under extraordinary circumstances. Any exception granted in one instance does not create an obligation to grant exceptions in the future. To request an exception, you must contact us in writing within seven (7) days of your purchase.

8. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Siudy Flamenco does not store your credit card information. In the rare event that a refund is approved under the exceptions outlined above, it will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

9. Donations

All donations made to Siudy Flamenco are voluntary, final, and non-refundable. Donations are not exchangeable for goods or services.

10. Disclaimer

THIS REFUND POLICY IS PROVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAW. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIUDY FLAMENCO COMPANY MAKES NO GUARANTEES REGARDING THE AVAILABILITY, SCHEDULING, OR QUALITY OF ANY CLASS, EVENT, COURSE, OR CONTENT, AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR INCONVENIENCE RESULTING FROM A PURCHASE MADE UNDER THIS POLICY.

11. Governing Law

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

12. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised. Your continued use of the Site or purchase of services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
